1) Code of Ethics & Practice All EMDR therapists we provide access to via this website work as Independent Practitioners and are bound by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice of their own professional membership organisation.

2) All access to independent EMDR therapists via this website confirms that the EMDR therapist has completed the necessary training and achieved the appropriate qualification to practice as an EMDR therapist.

3) Please check with the independent EMDR therapist concerning their cancellation policy regarding cancelling or changing any arranged appointments.

D) COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE Any complaints concerning services delivered by EMDR Manchester (MCCBT) should in the first instance be in writing and addressed to the Director. On receipt of complaints a letter of confirmation will be sent and the complaint will be forwarded to the internal verifier for consideration. A response to the complaint will be forwarded within 21 days of receipt.
